Imagestics (IM), a Texas company founded in 2003, is a full-service automation design and installation organization operating primarily in the Houston area. IM integrates a wide range of well-known and recognizable names in electronic systems components. The company has significant expertise and practical experience in bringing customers’ ideas into reality. Projects include both high-end residential and commercial automation. Executive management of the company consists of Michael Conti - President, Dawson Kaiser - Vice President of Operations, Jason Arnett - Vice President of Production, and Rainbow Cannell - CFO.
In addition to his ownership in Imagestics, Michael Conti is also the owner of Geometry Solutions (GS) established in 2005. GS focuses on product manufacturing and distribution working with strategic partners to increase market presence. GS is the sole source representative for the automation industry for Touch Screen equipment manufactured by Kube Corporation.
Michael Conti has over 12 years experience in the industrial and commercial automation industry, with five of those years working at NASA – Johnson Space Center, supporting Mission Control. Mr. Conti also worked as a professor at Universal Technical Institute instructing classes in Energy Management and Solid-State Devices for a year before starting IntelliSource in 1997, MediaLogic in 2000, and Imagestics in 2003.
Dawson Kaiser has worked in the legal industry for the past 4 years before joining the Imagestics team in 2006. Dawson also has been involved in the low voltage industry for 2 years previous to his legal profession.
Jason Arnett has 7 years experience in the related communications industry as Facilities and OSP Engineer, as well as long haul fiber optics network design and implementation with such companies as Nortel Networks, Sprint, AT&T, MCI, Lucent Technologies and Time Warner Telecom.
Jason Joined Mike at Intellisource in 2001. After 1 ½ years Jason ventured out on his own and has recently rejoined Mike at Imagestics. Together they bring over 25 years of experience and knowledge. Jason holds many CEDIA certifications including Installer Level 1 and 2, and Designer. Via other CEDIA affiliates Jason is certified in network design and installation, RF design and installation, Audio and Video Calibrations, Whole House Distributed Audio/Video Design and Installation, as well as many others. Jason’s passion and thorough understanding of this industry make him a valuable asset and welcomed partner in Imagestics.
Imagestics handles the initial design and installation as well as service after the job is complete. The company utilizes a broad base of suppliers and manufacturers, both in the U.S. and abroad. Quick turn-around and challenging schedules are routine and handled professionally to meet client expectations. Imagestics has experience in many areas including compliance with regulatory agencies and has completed projects with approvals from: EPA, (Environmental Protection Agency, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) & FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency).
